Europe (France, Germany, Luxembourg & The Netherlands)

International Shipping

• International shipping upon request. Let us know which creation has captured your heart, and we will gladly explore the possibilities together.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

Every Signature Creation is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

Belgium: 2–5 business days

Selected European Countries: 3–8 business days

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your Signature by Sophie creation. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• As all creations are handcrafted and unique, slight variations are part of the character and authenticity of each design.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn pieces
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during special events 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Signature by Sophie cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
